We understand how disheartening it can be to receive a product that arrives in less than perfect condition. If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, we kindly ask that you inform the courier delivering your goods that you wish to sign for it as “received damaged.” This step is important for ensuring that we can assist you effectively.
We recommend that you check all products you receive against your order promptly. If you discover that any product or products are damaged after delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. We kindly request that you retain everything you receive, including all packaging and any outer boxes, as these may be required as part of the investigation process.
To report the issue, you can contact us by submitting a request. Please include your order number, the items affected, and any images and/or videos of the damage or fault, including pictures of the bottom of the item and the back or bottom of its box. This information will help us address your concern more efficiently.
In order to investigate any potential quality issues, we will require any faulty items to be returned. Rest assured, we will replace or refund any affected item(s) in this case, post return if eligible.
Please note that we are not liable for wear and tear and/or accidental damage that occurs after delivery.
